I would highly recommend him for any project you have. We have even ask him for a quote to do a remolding of are very outdated master bath.

We have worked with Mike and Lutke Construction since we purchased a 13 year old home in 2019. Our first projects with Mike were needed updates before we moved in. This work was required in a short time frame and with specific deadlines as we both had to be out of our homes in 4 months. Two Moving trucks would be arriving on a specified date from 2 different cities. Mike prepared budgets, allowances, design, layouts and timelines before we began.
