We are a local construction company in Louisville, KY owned by Mike and Brittany Lutke. Lutke Construction is a team of experienced and caring people in the trades. We’re your neighbors. Many of our clients reside in East Louisville, Oldham and Shelby Co., and southern Indiana.

Mike, our construction lead, has more than 27 years of experience in residential construction and remodeling. Mike created Lutke Construction in 2017, to deliver personal care to clients and focus on residential construction and remodeling. He began his career in a tool-belt daily, framing new construction homes in 1998. Throughout the next two decades, he gained knowledge and experience ranging from all aspects of new home builds, custom carpentry, managing various residential remodeling projects, multi-family and commercial construction, and historic preservation.

Brittany is our customer experience manager. She assists our clients with their finish selections such as cabinetry, tile, flooring, doors, hardware, etc. Brittany helps our clients achieve a cohesive aesthetic while understanding the functional demands of everyday living. She is the tracker of all details and ensures proper communication throughout your project.
