Lutke Construction is a design-build contractor. We can manage every aspect of your new home from drawings and design to permitting, excavation, finish selections, and construction completion. 

Communication throughout the build is key for the project to run smoothly and ensures our clients are happy with the final product. Key on-site meetings with homeowners are part of our process. Our clients receive dedicated support including assistance with finish selections. We offer aesthetic suggestions if wanted, coordinate showroom appointments, ensure correct specs and quantity are ordered, and track financials.

Our custom homes are structured as a cost-plus model or a fixed price with allowances for finishes. Our custom homes start at $600k, not including the land or lot and are usually 3,000+ square feet. We’re experienced in building on lots within developments and creating estates on acreage in East Louisville, Shelby County, Oldham Country, and Jeffersonville and New Albany in Southern Indiana.
