How much will my project cost?
Every project is unique in the required scope of work, size, and client selected finishes. We will present a written proposal once we’ve completed an in-person discovery meeting. Costs of client selections (cabinetry, tile, windows, flooring, etc.) can vary widely. Each cost is tracked and shared with the client before finalizing- ensuring our clients know exactly the investment they are making with no financial surprises. Our remodeling projects range from $40k-$175k. Home additions $100k-300k+, and new home construction begins at $600k.
How do I get started? What is your process?
The first step is to call our office to have a brief conversation to learn about your potential project. If we align, we will schedule an in-person discovery meeting. During this time, we will discuss in detail your wants, needs, style, goals, and concerns. For a remodel, we will take measurements of your home. From there, depending on the project, we will create drawings and a detailed scope of work. Once finalized, we will present a written budget and timeline. Next, is to sign a contract and schedule a start date for construction.
My time is limited, what is expected of me as a client during the project?
We understand your time is valuable. There are key meetings and communication points that require your involvement, mostly pre-construction. Once construction work begins, our project manager will handle all day-to-day work but will keep you informed on progress.
Do you provide drawings?
Yes, we can create drawings specifically for you for your new home or home addition. We also provide floor plans for remodeling, including kitchen cabinetry design.
What is a design-build contractor?
It means we can provide and manage all aspects of your project from design to construction completion. From creating initial drawings and floor plans, to helping with client selections, to permitting, construction, and final inspection. This concept gives you a seamless experience and two dedicated contacts throughout your project.
