In order to get started with Lutke Construction…
- Get In Touch:
Call us at 502-888-5585 to briefly discuss your project. If we align, we’ll schedule an in-person consultation. - Consultation:
A Project Manager will meet with you in-person to discuss in detail your wants, needs, goals, and potential options. For remodeling projects, we’ll take measurements of your home during this time. - Design:
Depending on the project, we will create a floor plan, renderings, or initial drawings for your remodel or new construction. - Proposal:
Once the drawings are finalized and the scope of work is determined, we will present a written budget. - Contract:
To proceed, sign a contract and place the deposit or secure financing. At this time, you’ll be provided with next steps including key on-site meetings and a timeline for construction. - Selections:
Prior to construction, we assist our clients with finish selections such as cabinetry, flooring, tile, doors, paint, etc. We coordinate showroom appointments, offer aesthetic suggestions, ensure correct specs and quantity are ordered, and track financials. - Construction:
Construction will begin once permitting is complete, if applicable for your project. On-site work takes place typically Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Your dedicated project manager will provide you with updates as your project progresses, and will be available to discuss any questions or concerns.
